13 Week Dedication to Multiple Sclerosis Awareness

March is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month for The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, and in the State of Ohio (the only state to recognize an entire month). The National MS Society MS Awareness Week is March 10 - 16, 2019. The Multiple Sclerosis Trust recognizes MS Awareness Week 2019 from 22-28 April. World MS Day is May 30, 2019. My contribution will be from March - May 30th as a Wellness Coach of Complementary and Alternative Medicine Practices, as well as my personal experience with recovery and coping with MS.

I was diagnosed in 2010 after I returned from Iraq with the Ohio Army National Guard as a Combat Military Police. Nine years later I have experienced recovery. To maximize the benefit from these wellness techniques, I am dedicating March - May 30th to thoroughly share the influential resources and natural stress relief techniques that helped me achieve recovery. That is 13 weeks of Complementary and Alternative Medicine Practices, Natural Stress Relief Techniques, and Self Care Strategies. Everything I share over the next 13 weeks will be wellness and self care tips and tricks I have used myself, as well as, the clinical backing to support them.

My hope is that those looking for a wellness coach get to know me better through my YouTube Channel, my experience, and experiencing your own recovery by choosing the ones best for you. I am excited to dedicate my time to thoroughly share because there is so much to consider. The time spent on each subject will give an opportunity to try it on for yourself, learn it, and start getting creative with how the ones you like best fit into your life. My goal is to share techniques that enhance wellness in all aspects of life but specifically with coping with a chronic illness like Multiple Sclerosis. Subscribe so you do not miss out!
