Spiritual Meditation for Self Love and Focus

Every morning I start my day off with a meditation, and everyday I experience it differently. Have you ever noticed at points of your life it seems like everything is going ideally yet other times you feel like it's an uphill battle? I want to share this type of active meditation because it strengthens your focus and direction. When you are aware of your goals and direction it is easier to focus and stay focused even when circumstances in life slow you down.
Start by reaching up. Allow Universal energy to flow down the arms and head, into the heart. Let light be the language we share with the universe. Illuminate yourself. That means use your consciousness of conditional love to light up, reveal, and get exposure to who you really are. What you were doing here. Use loving curiosity into every corner of who you are. Become visible.
Bring hands in front of the heart and make a diamond shape with the thumb and pointer touching. Arrive at who you are, and let go of the tension of needing to hold yourself up. A blockage or pain in the body may show a hang up in your mind or mental energy. Consider emotional as well. Every life on this planet is worthy of being here. Allow your wisdom to flow through your heart, as well as, your heart energy flowing outward into the world and universe. When you listen to your wisdom you honor the higher energy that is great to share with others in this world.
Float hands down to the Earth, palms facing down about hip level. Feel rooted and stable into the Earth. Know you have the capacity to reach for the stars and extend your consciousness into space because of the Earth. Sink into earth with roots like a great big tree. Pull up that energy into your body starting from the feet to the top of your head, and out and around the body. You are protected and have the opportunity to get everything you need, desire, dream of. Get it.
